16th April (Thursday) Seminar Hall – The Grand Finale. Inter-House or Final Rounds in presence of dignitaries and other audience.

But, let us not rest on our glory. Have a long road to travel.
This was an inside affair, but on the finals the reputation of the university and the hopes of the VC rest.
Hence, let us plan it properly. Nothing went wrong in the intras but let us make sure that things work out even better.
We need to do the following:
1. Update the blog about the results.
2. Print banners and posters.
3. Have a meeting with the VC on Saturday.
4. Decide the date (16 or later?) and if 16 what about Arjun?
5. Talk to or invite the editors of the two news papers.
6. Decide the prize money (in the meeting with the VC)
7. Talk about printing invitation cards (talk to the VC) about this.
8. Coach the teams so that they don't harp about only terrorism and that they do some decent and serious research.
9. Plan the bouquets and mementos (if we want to give to the chief guests)
10. Think of what can go wrong and have a contingency plan
11. Have some more people help us.
12. Print the certificates for the participants
13. Prepare our speeches.
